How do I book in to a workshop?

Click on 'Workshops' and choose whether to view the workshops in calendar view, list view or view by location for your desired event.

Follow the steps through our simple booking system.

Will I be sent a ticket?

We do not issue paper or digital tickets but you will receive a booking confirmation email when you book your place. This is your proof of purchase should you wish to print it off. We will have your booking information on our list on the day.

What do I need to bring to my workshop?

All you need to bring is yourself, your glasses if you wear them and something to tie your hair back. And of course a smile!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do! Half Day andFull Day Gift vouchers can be purchased here.

The workshop I want is sold out! Do you have a cancellation list?

If the workshop you wanted has sold out, email us at info@mobilejewelleryschool.co.uk and we will add you to our waiting list. If any places become available, we will let you know.

I can't make it to my workshop, what shall I do?

As per sections 3, 4 and 5 of our terms and conditions, we are unable to give refunds within 2 weeks of the event for workshop tickets. Let us know as soon as you can so that we can re-advertise your space. If we are able to fill it, we will issue you with a voucher for the full value of your purchase that you can spend at any of our workshops of the same value. You have 2 years from the issue of the voucher in which to redeem it.

What if I am late?

If you are more than 30 minutes late you may be able to keep your sessions but the choice of projects will be limited because of the difficulty level and tight time schedule.

If I cannot come, can I let a friend take my place?

If you cannot make it to your workshop you need to let us know first because there may already be a waiting list. If you would like to suggest the name of a replacement and there is no-one waiting for a space, we will happily offer it to your suggested replacement.

Is there an age limit at your workshops?

8 is the youngest we can teach in our workshops. We ask that anyone between the ages of 8 and 16 is accompanied by an adult who DOES NOT have to participate in the class. Children between 8 and 12 years old will be asked to chose from a simpler selection of projects.
